Prithviraj Sukumaran
Prithviraj Sukumaran (born October 16, 1982) is an acclaimed Malayalam actor, director, producer, and playback singer, known for seamlessly balancing stardom with critically acclaimed performances. Making his debut at 19 in Nandanam (2002), he quickly rose to prominence as one of the most versatile and daring actors of his generation.
Through the 2000s, Prithviraj delivered a string of memorable films such as Vellithira (2003), Swapnakoodu (2003), Vellinakshatram (2004), Ananthabhadram (2005), Classmates (2006,Highest grossing Malayalam movie at time of release), Vaasthavam (2006), Chocolate (2007), Thalappavu (2008), Thirakkatha (2008), Puthiya Mukham (2009,Catapulted Prithviraj to Superstardom) , Robin Hood (2009), Thanthonni (2010), Pokkiri Raja (2010) and Anwar (2010), showcasing his ability to shift between commercial and experimental cinema.
