Iban Dido Gutierrez
Iban Dido Gutierrez, better known by his ring name Bandido, is a Mexican masked professional wrestler who debuted in 2011 and is currently signed to All Elite Wrestling (AEW) and Ring of Honor (ROH). His style blends traditional lucha libre with power-based offense and elite athleticism, making him known for a rare balance of speed, strength, and technical control.
A fourth-generation wrestler, Gutierrez is the son of Apóstol Jr., the brother of AAA wrestler Myzteziz Jr., and the cousin of Magia Blanca. Early in his career, he competed under the ring names Magnifico II and Cielito before adopting the Bandido persona in 2016, a change that coincided with his breakout on the international scene.
Bandido has become synonymous with consistently high-quality matches, earning frequent praise for his intensity, creativity, and reliability across promotions and opponents. His performances are often noted for their clean execution, explosive pacing, and ability to seamlessly shift between lucha sequences, power spots, and technical exchanges, with many of his matches cited as highlights of the events they appear on.
Throughout his career, Bandido has held multiple championships, including the ROH World Championship, the Elite Welterweight Championship, The Crash Cruiserweight Championship, The Crash Tag Team Championship with Flamita, and the PROGRESS Tag Team Championship. In July 2025, he formed the tag team Brodido with Brody King, and the duo went on to win the AEW World Tag Team Championship.
