Carmen Cecilia Halphen, born on June 8, 2001, in Panama City, is a Panamanian-Spanish artist who stands out in the cinematic field. She is currently in her final year of studying Film and Television at the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD), specializing in production design.

From a young age, Carmen has shown a strong interest in the arts, participating in theater, radio production, event planning, and music video production. Her professional career includes collaborations with renowned companies such as Warner Brothers, Ok Productions, Treehouse Studios, Ley Line Entertainment, Jaguar Films, GC Productions, Bambu Productions, AMC Studios, Lifetime TV, and IM Films Panamá. Among her most notable works are her roles in the film The Suicide Squad (2021) and Causa Justa (2019). She has also contributed to productions like And the Rest is Her Story (2025).

Carmen has been associated with the Panama International Film Festival (IFF Panama), Jaguar Films, and the Panama Fashion Week organized by Physical.
